The caves of “cueva del indio” is one of several caves in the Vale of Vinales. It is discovered in 1920 by a farmer from the region. It’s not the biggest but the most impressive and attractive of the region. The caves are about 3 kilometers from the centre of Vinales. In the caves you can walk about 200 meters into the mountains until the river, were you can take the boat for a journey over the river rio San Vicente.
During the trip you can observe fascinating rock-formations with different figures put in it. This place you have to visit, it’s \unbelievable
